Fitpartum™ was founded by a physical therapist, personal trainer, and a strength and conditioning coach who teamed up to give the most accurate and up to date information on the changing world of women’s health and exercise.
As moms ourselves who have experienced pelvic organ prolapse, back pain, leaking with exercise, pelvic pain, deconditioning, and other issues related to pregnancy and postpartum exercise, we have the unique opportunity to bring real-world experience and knowledge to every woman.
FitPartum includes both Pregnancy and Postpartum programs to help you keep active throughout your pregnancy and after. We know how hard it is to balance family, work, and whatever life throws at us, so we made moving as simple, safe, and effective as possible.
All sessions are at KFIT in Hingham and include 1:1 visits with a PT who specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy and is certified in Pregnancy and PostPartum Athleticism.
